Custom Design
Loch Jewelers offers complete custom design right in our showroom. By utilizing 3D design software, we offer a wide range of customizable styles in numerous setting options. We work with you through raw sketches to CAD imaging, the wax casting, and then the completely finished piece. Whether you want a completely unique look for a ring, pendant, bracelet, or pin, we can help you create a piece exactly how you want it. The timeframe on a custom piece is around four to six weeks, which is all it takes to transform your worn out jewelry into something sparkly and new. By trading in your original metal and even using your original gemstones, you may be pleasantly surprised at the cost, but you won’t be disappointed at the final reveal.
Repair Studio
Loch Jewelers has three master goldsmiths on staff with a combined 80+ years of experience, and is recognized as the foremost jewelry repair facility in Wright and Sherburne County. We are one of the few jewelers to have an in-house gold studio; this ensures your heirlooms will always be under our care, and you can watch us work on your items while you wait. Your jewelry is tracked from take-in to completion and examined many times over in the process. We do a multitude of repairs from ring sizing, engraving, chain and link repair, resetting stones, fixing prongs and replacing worn crowns, to replacing earring backs, soldering rings together, and much more. In House Engraving
Personalize your jewelry by having a special date, quote, or message engraved on it. All of the personalized jewelry services offered at Loch Jewelers are completed on-site for your convenience. Most jewelry items can be personalized, including rings, bracelets, watches, and necklaces. Loch Jewelers is able to engrave on a variety of materials such as gold, silver, glass, and wood. The item and length of text will determine the cost and layout of your engraved message. A member of our team will be able to explain which options will best suit your needs. Once you have determined the message and style, our expert engraver will be able to ensure the proper size and placement of your message.
Watch Repair
Loch Jewelers offers full-service watch repair with an in-house studio. Our master watchmakers have a combined 80+ years of experience and will carefully and skillfully work with your precious timepiece. With everything handled in-house, your timepiece will never leave our hands and will be done in a timely manner. We sell Citizen, Seiko, Pulsar, and Bulova watches, but service all brands of watches from Rolex, Movado, Tissot, and Invicta, to Citizen, Seiko, Coach, Fossil, and many more. Some common services are battery replacements, servicing or replacing the movement, refurbishing antique pocket watches, and replacing or adjusting bands. Stop in for a free estimate while you wait.
Qualified Jewelry Appraiser
In the appraisal, the appraiser is an identifier, an evaluator, and a witness. First, your jewelry is identified based on the materials, workmanship, and any other elements affecting its value. Next, values are assigned to all components of the jewelry piece appropriate to the type of appraisal. Finally, witness is made documenting all findings in a comprehensive statement of value.
