Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges or cash refund are permitted within 30 days from the original purchase date when presented by the original client and accompanied with the sales slip. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.

Special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any credit remaining after the exchange has been issued as a credit on the original purchaser’s account to be used for future in store purchase only.

Diamond Upgrade Policy

Any single diamond purchased from Loch Jewelers of ¼ carat or larger may be traded in for credit for the original purchase price on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions.1. The new diamond selection must be at least ½ carat or larger, purchase and be accompanied by any reports and/or certificates.and/or equal or higher clarity and colorCustom WorkCustom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furbished by Loch Jewelers for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 25% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort is made by Loch Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing, will be gladly made by Loch Jewelers to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge, depending on the extent of the work involved.

Servicing and Cleaning

Loch Jewelers will clean your jewelry and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done at least every six months.White Gold Enhancement DisclosureAll of Loch Jewelers’ white gold pieces are rhodium finished. This is not a permanent treatment. We will polish and rhodium plate rings purchased from Loch Jewelers once a year as a gift; each additional time is $39.

All returns must be returned in original condition. Any item that is not returned in original, un-damaged, un-altered condition will void the money-back guarantee policy, this includes any ring that has been sized or altered in any way. Custom order items and special order items are not refundable. Any ring that is expressly made to fit a specific stone is considered a special order item and is not returnable. Any ring ordered in a finger size other than stock size is considered a Special Order and is not returnable. Any ring ordered with any alteration from the stock design pictured on our web site, E.g. Different center stone, different trim stones, etc. is considered a special order and is not returnable. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Please note that any returns of purchases paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% restocking charge. Please note that any returns of purchases paid by financing will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Refunds will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be in the form of company check (less any bank charges) When payment was made by credit card, the same credit card will be credited for the invoice amount less any shipping and insurance charges and the 3% restocking charge.

You must call Loch Jewelers at 763-295-3771 or email Loch Jewelers at sales@lochjewelers.com before returning an item to receive a return authorization number. How To Ship Items To Us Package all items securely into a BOX to protect them

Do not use an envelope. Ship using USPS (Registered Mail with insurance is recommended), UPS, or FEDEX and insure the package for your original purchase amount. Please be aware that UPS & FEDEX will not insure loose stones. Do not use the word Diamond or Jewelers on the shipping label. Be sure to enclose a note with your name & contact info.
